Digger's Home Made Doggie Food
   
2 (14.5 oz.) cans Lean broth
1 lb Lean meat (ground)
32 oz. Rice (rinsed)
1 pkg Frozen or fresh vegetables (minced)
  Water
  Rice Cooker or Crock Pot
   
In a rice cooker add broth, meat and rice. Mince your vegetables either by hand or in blender or food processor and add to rice cooker. Add the recommended amount of water required according to your rice package. Be sure to count in the two cans of broth. Set your rice cooker for required amount of time. Makes about two weeks of servings so you will want to bag them up and put 3/4 of them in the freezer. Just pull a serving out as you need it. I like to warm the package up in the microwave for about 30 seconds before serving. 
   
Variations:
Cooker: Crock Pot (if you don't have a rice cooker, use your Crock Pot and cook on medium until rice is tender.
Broths: Turkey, Chicken, Beef or Vegetable  (anything with protein that is low fat)
Meats:   Turkey, Chicken, Beef, Pork, Buffalo (anything with protein that is low fat)
Rice:   White, Sticky, Brown or mix in some wild rice (this is good way to change the texture)
